This week we wave goodbye to the first month of the year (already!) and say hello to our second fresh start. 

Whether you’re looking to maintain those great 2020 habits you’ve created, or another chance to get into a healthier routine, here are 10 free ways to get moving this weekend. 

Community Yoga
Saturday, Feb. 1, 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Hit the refresh button on your week with this local and free yoga class. All you need is your own yoga mat, a water bottle and a towel (based on your preference).
